On the site where there are 8 twin triplexes in total, our villa with a 352m2 closed area and 180m2 front and back garden usage in total, has been designed as 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, technical and laundry room, 4 bathrooms and a WC.
On the ground floor, there is a large 51m2 living room, a 17m2 kitchen with Smeg built-in cooker-hood, Arçelik oven and WC. In this ground floor part, there is also an 80m2 front garden, which the kitchen overlooks.
The upper floor is designed as 3 rooms. On this floor, the master bedroom is 20.5m2, has a 9.5m2 terrace and a large bathroom. The homeowners also designed a 17.5m2 room as a dressing room, according to their own tastes. Our other room on this floor is 17m2 in size and has a bathroom.
The pleasure area opening to the 100m2 lower garden of our house is the garden floor. It has been designed as a place of pleasure where you can relax your soul and enjoy the garden in the summer and the fireplace in the winter. Our fireplace is Hursan brand. Our floor, which has a design where you can feel the Aegean breeze and spirit, also has its own Smeg brand kitchen with built-in cooker-hood. This floor offers a peaceful living space independent from the house.
There is also a room on the garden floor, designed as a utility room, with its own bathroom. On this floor, there is a shared bathroom and a 20m2 technical room as well as a laundry room.
Our villa also has a 15m2 closed garage. The homeowners have designed it as a study room in a different format.
In our villa and on its twin side, moisture and humidity insulation is made from the exterior and interior. In addition, special drainage was also made. In our villa, where Roto brand joinery is used, there is 17mm imported laminate flooring, Demirdöküm brand combi boiler, air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor and in the main parent room.
