There are 1+1 and 2+1 flats in the block, which has 2 basements+ground+25 floors. Life Residence has 2 units of 3+1. 3+1’s have open kitchens and are located on the ground floor of the buildings. Project Details
Önay Group, which has signed the Garden Residence, Esenbahçe Residences and Palmiye projects, came together with the Tuna Home Office for the new project. The project called Life Residence rises right across the İnnovia 3 project in Esenyurt. The flats in Life Residence are mainly 1+1 and 2+1 types. There are only 2 3+1 units in the project. Larger living spaces can be obtained by combining the apartments upon request. All apartments in Life Residence have balconies. A nursery for families with children is also being built in the project. When the project is completed, 1+1 apartments, which are ideal for investment, are expected to find tenants for a minimum of 1,500 TL. When it is rented as furnished, this figure can go up to 3,000 TL. Since it is a residence project, the flats can also be rented out as a home office.
