Ofton İnşaat is building its 23rd project, branded “Elysium”, in Beykoz Kavacık. Elysium Es Beykoz, which draws attention with the slogan “Let go to the ordinary, do not give up the privileged life”, is rising with an investment value of 55 million 100 thousand TL. The project, which offers a life intertwined with nature at the intersection of the forest and the Bosphorus, bears the signature of architect Durul Kuşdemir from Viva Architects. A large part of the project is located in a position that dominates the uninterrupted forest view. The project has a floor height of 5.75 meters in duplex apartments and 3.23 meters in standard apartments. In addition, almost all of the project has balconies and terraces. 20 percent of the Elysium Es Beykoz project was sold before the launch. İsmail Hakkı Altun, Co-Chairman of the Board of Ofton İnşaat, said that the project will make a minimum of 30 percent premium.
